What’s included in every website package?
Every Sierra Systems website package includes a custom Squarespace website up to the page count in your selected package, mobile-responsive design, performance and basic on-page search optimization, Google Business Profile setup, and ownership/access after final payment.
Eligible customers also receive two launch-support credits during the first 30 days after launch, providing up to 30 minutes of requested changes. Customers on the $179 Website Care or $299 Website Care Plus plan receive their regular monthly plan credits instead.
Errors or typos made by Sierra Systems are corrected at no credit cost when reported within the first 30 days.
What content do I need to provide?
You provide the final written copy, business information, logo, and images needed for the website. If you need professional photography, Sierra Systems can refer you to an independent photographer. Photography services are separate from the website package.
What if I need more pages?
Additional pages are $250 each and are designed to match your existing site.
Payment & ownership
How is payment handled?
Website projects are structured around a 50% deposit to begin and the remaining 50% before launch/transfer. The project scope and any additional work are confirmed before the build proceeds.
Who owns the website?
After final payment, you receive ownership and access to the completed website, subject to the terms of any third-party platform used to operate it.
After launch
What happens during the first 30 days?
Eligible website projects receive two launch-support credits for requested changes during the first 30 days. Corrections for Sierra Systems errors or typos reported during that same period are handled at no credit cost.
After the 30-day period, requested changes and corrections are handled through an active Website Care Plan or billed at the applicable support rate.
How does ongoing website support work?
Sierra Systems offers Pay As You Go support and three monthly Website Support Plans. One support credit covers up to 15 minutes of work. Visit the Website Care page to compare included credits, response targets, and prepay pricing.
