*Email setup waiver applies to standard initial mailbox and DNS setup. The $150 waiver is earned at $50 after each of the first three paid months. If service ends earlier, the remaining balance is due: $100 after month one, $50 after month two, and $0 after month three. Email seats remain $25/user/month. Migrations and advanced configurations are quoted separately.

If a request needs more credits than you have, Sierra Systems sends the estimate before work starts. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
